About Us
A letter from our surgeons
Thank you for considering our clinic. We are Dr. Kim Tae-Ho and Dr. Kim Geun-Tae, the two plastic surgeons who founded T&T in Seomyeon, the centre of Busan.
Over more than ten years of practice we have learned that the best results start with a long, honest conversation. Many of our patients come to us after being told they need more than they do. We tend to recommend less. If a smaller procedure, or no procedure, is the better choice, we will tell you.
Our work focuses on the areas where experience matters most: the lower eyelid, the mid-face and the jawline. Every plan is drawn from your own anatomy after a face-to-face assessment, and the same surgeon who consults with you performs your operation and follows your recovery.
Patients from abroad are welcome here. Our team offers English-friendly consultations and will help you plan your stay around surgery and aftercare.

Our before-and-after gallery shows actual T&T patients who consented to the use of their photos: Mini-T lifting, Zero-T lifting, first-time and revision eyelid surgery, and under-eye procedures, with recovery time noted on each case.

Questions patients often ask
Who performs my surgery?
One of our two board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Kim Tae-Ho or Dr. Kim Geun-Tae. The surgeon you meet at consultation is the surgeon who operates.
What is the difference between Mini-T and a full facelift?
Mini-T lifting uses a short incision (1–5 cm) suited to mild or moderate laxity and generally recovers faster. A full or SMAS facelift addresses more advanced sagging of the face and neck. We recommend one only after examining you.
Can I consult before travelling to Korea?
Yes. Send clear photos by WhatsApp or KakaoTalk for a preliminary opinion. A final plan is always confirmed at an in-person consultation.
How long should I stay in Busan after eye surgery or a facelift?
It depends on the procedure. Your surgeon will give you a recommended stay, including the date for stitch removal, when you book.
Do you speak English?
We offer English-friendly consultations. Messaging is available in English by WhatsApp, and in Korean by KakaoTalk. WeChat is also available.

Use the Arban Hotel car park (32 Jungang-daero 691beon-gil). Cross one pedestrian crossing at the KT&G Sangsangmadang intersection to reach the Halis Coffee building, 5th floor.
